That would be nice but I'll be damned if I ever play Shenmue with Playstation controls again. My brain is hardwired to the XBOX/Dreamcast controller and QTE's are a nightmare for me on the Playstation :LOL:

It's dirt cheap right now. I could actually see it being made free now that you've mentioned it.

Like the real one! I think only bikes and vehicles owned by business owners are allowed to pass there. Overall it's a walking area so, even if any car can go through, they would be slowed down by people walking.

I just realized that Siba was supposed to be the main character in Virtua Fighter, later replaced by Akira.
So, in an alternate universe, VFRPG was around Siba's journey, perhaps starting in Sharm El Sheik or Tunis and then following his father's killer around Europe (or Greece?).

The best passport profile, hands down! It has been 6 years since I played 1 and 2, I'm getting a real itch to play them yet again...
 
I took a look through the questionnaire in the Shenmue Chapter 1 World Guide book again, and there was a mention of a hidden way to activate an auto battle mode in the 70 man battle by plugging a controller into port 4 and holding the L and R buttons down. Apparently with this there's also a 'poison mode,' that I don't fully understand, but is related to that auto battle option, and seems to automatically kill Ryo after running around for a while. I don't really get it, and haven't tested it for myself.

The auto battle thing sounds vaguely familiar to me, but I don't see it documented in any of the usual places. Does anyone here have any knowledge of this option?

Unfortunately no mention of the Yu Suzuki model in Shenmue II, but there was one person mentioning something vaguely about Nozomi. I kind of wonder if it was the person behind the code to activate her as a combat partner in the Enoki fight.
