I only played Yakuza 0, Yakuza Kiwami and Yakuza 6 and i watched a whole playthrough of Yakuza 5 on Youtube.
I liked 0, 1 and 5 very much, 6 was "okay ish" ... i dont know, the pacing was weird
and the story didnt really do it for me, especially as Kazumas farewell. It was nothing special.
Also i'm not a big fan of the new engine.
The characters suddenly look like they have no soul. Sometimes the lighting looks really weird and unintended,
objects are missing ambient occlusion effects and everything is flickering on screen
because there is no anti aliasing at all. I know that the older PS3 games dont have super great lighting or animations etc
but the overall look and the overall quality is really good and matching.
Yakuza 6 feels more like a rushed beta test.
