Besides the case and medallion, is there any in-game content unique to any of the pre order/deluxe editions which isn't in the backer version?

Very safe to assume that the Japanese version will have Japanese subtitles, I have the originals (Dreamcast) in Japanese/from Japan and they have full subtitles as you'd expect. Too bad English version doesn't, but I'm not surprised. Relatively few would use them.

I love Shenmue..a lot. I decided to wait for the official release, put it in and play. This will be really special for me, playing again for the first time.. kinda feels weird, you know?
