How about Shenmue II? Are there any mods that are a graphical overhaul to it? The only mod I saw also required the use of SpecialK

So I decide to install the SpecialK mod and I follow its instructions but now I cant run Shenmue 1, every time I open it displays an error saying "Interface not found: Steam023" pls help I wanna play this game with graphical mods but I can't due to this error.
