I agree 100 percent on that. Years ago I never even wanted to touch a single Yakuza game cause the Shenmue comparisons gave me very unrealistic expectations going in but after a friend of mine convinced me to get Yakuza 0 for 20 bucks I started to appreciate and enjoy both on their own merits...

You can exchange your tokens for gems and then sell those gems at a pawn shop for money. I went for the most expensive gems when possible.
