Absolute biggest payout in Shenmue 2?

I've always used Warehouse 6 big or small to get the pair for a decent 500 payout, but this time around I wanna make as much as possible.

What place/person has the biggest payout, odds, etc?

My goal is to make enough money to pay Don Niu to beat himself up.

Yep that game is the bread winner in Shenmue II. I remember reloading alot of save files when I lost money, it was pretty easy to cheat the game that way.

There is a big or small stand with a bet maximum of 1000$ , I imagine with Yidian Wai Sik you could get the biggest payout there.

You can reach it via Thousand White Qr, there is a tunnel near two capsule toy machines, it's infront of you once you enter from Dragon st

It is right next to that stand shown above but you can only play Wai Sik there, wich is "only" 30:1. Of coure I have a video of that too.
