Favorite Shenmue 3 NPCS?

Thinking about it, I honestly cant think of one interesting NPC in the entire game. Nobody really stands out, has a unique voice or interesting personality. S1 had a ton, from Aoi to Tamura to the drunk, dumb guy sho wanders around dobuita to Tom to kurita to the tattoo artist. S2 has Izumi, Dulin to the shady dudes who always play lucky hit to those goofy ass darts players. Didn't get that feeling ath S3. The standout characters dont even really standout for being interesting
 
I like very much the old guy that tell lies to Ryo, because I know some people in real life that are like him, ha ha. That was great.
