Help finding the 2 mini games

So im about to leave Hong Kong to Kowloon

I played outrun and space harrier. I haven't been to Phoenix building to play the other two games for the achievement

Am I going back or thats it? I really forgot

Edit: Wait! I think the other 2 are in Kowloon IIRC?

The other two are hidden in Kowloon, yeah.

Afterburner II is located in the Phoenix Building, which is accessed through the Tea Break Building.

Hang On is in the Yellow Head Building, in room 222. Good luck getting past the Yellow Heads to play Hang On.
