How to play Shenmue JP on Dreamcast?

Hey everybody. This year I finally brought a Dreamcast, and Shenmue I and II japanese version, i brought a VMU too, and I really want to play Shenmue in the original way, I know Dreamcast has region lock.

Does anyone here know what is the best way to play imports on Dreamcast? I saw that one of the best ways is Code Breaker, is Code Breaker the best way? where can i download? and what is the best program to burn CDs and DVDs? thanks in advance.

I personally use Cheats 'N Codes (Volume 1) which is Game Shark. It worked for the handful of Japanese games I own for the American Dreamcast. I purchased it from a private dealer at a gaming convention, along with most of the Japanese games that I have. Now is it the best? I have no idea, but it does work. I do not do downloads or rewrite cds or dvds so I do not know of other options.
