Nope - it's entirely random! And it doesn't matter when you press the button to draw a ticket - the game decides what you are going to get before the animation starts.

The only trick I can think of is to buy tonnes of chips, caramel and chocolate using your forklift wage. If you want to earn loads of money, it's worth stalling the game on day two of your forklift job.

Well now with the save anywhere feature you could simply save before buying an item that triggers the raffle and just reload the save if you don't get a prize.
