Low settings for everything except foliage

What would be the best way to have the Low preset graphics, but with the Medium or higher preset graphics foliage (grass, plants, flowers, etc)?

I beat the game on Low settings for the smoothest experience, but didn't realize how much it changed the foliage, Bailu looks so much better. I'm fine with how everything else looked on Low.

I have the Custom INI mod, YsNet Debug and Misc Mod, but I'm not sure what the custom settings would need to be.
