My fangamer order doesn't exist?

I bookmarked my fangamer order page in case I ever needed to change something for whatever reason, but now it says 404 not found: order not found

Little bit worried about this.

I wasn't sure where to post this so can a mod please move it to the right place.

I'd tweet the Fangamer account or email their support. I've been trying to fill in my survey a few times now and have reported the errors to them.

Yeah, I'm getting a 404 as well so I tweeted them:

And now my one works at https://fulfillment.fangamer.com/kindling/shenmue3/orders/716650/addons

Looks like you need to add addons to the URL for it work.

Yeah mine works now after resending it too.
