I tried to login to my PlayStation account and I remember the password & email but I have 2-step verification on my old phone number and the only option there is after that is the backup codes which I don't have is there any hackers here?! What should I do? I tried PlayStation support btw.

What did they tell you at official support? They can't verify you on call by safe questions and release the lock remotely?

Surprised Sony support can't help. They helped me out a few years back when my PSN account was hacked by some asswipe who tried to steal my account and all my digital games.
