The South Park episode about trans athletes really shows how stupid western society has become.
I'm not talking about PC, sports, or even trans, I actually don't give a shit about sports.

I'm talking about how the Cartman subplot actually is has a point. Most studies agree that sitting still, lack of rough and tumble play and exercise have a negative influence in boys development of reading and mathematical skills, while also hindering social development and lack of regulation of aggression, while on average girls don't suffer from it (they also need rough play at early stages of development, specially with adults, but to a lesser extent).
It's a problem that literally is affecting all the kids today and we are already seeing the ramifications (boys falling behind school, lack of aggression regulation, high levels of dropouts, less men in colleges, etc.) but people get outraged and jump ship to a "problem" that only affects a minuscule subset of the population, while ignoring the biggest problem right in front their eyes that has been growing for at least 2 decades (and keeps getting worse).

Honestly, what's the deal ? Is it low intelligence, ignorance, willing to be outraged, the way we consume media, what is it ?

Stupidity rubs me the wrong way, maybe more than it should (kinda satanist of me), I don't see the outrage in my post, is a legit question.
Also if you think the education of kids almost worldwide is not a subject of concern, ok, good for you.
But it's really interesting how there are 2 problems juxtaposed in a show, one which negatively affects pretty much the whole population (because the same educative system has been used for many generations of people), and one that affects basically a subset of a subset of a subset of a subset of the population in a ultimately entertainment area, the second one is the one people focus on.
It's not really about the problems, it's more about how people parse information, or ultimately think, it's quite interesting, at least to me.
 
Considering that one can list Steam ID, PSN, Nintendo Friend Code (but strangely not NNID) and Xbox Live ID.... Why can't we list EGS ID considering that's where Shenmue III is?
 
Haven't seen the trailer yet, but we'll see.

CR is unquestionably, one of the three best Bond films ever made (I put it #1), then QoS was middling, Skyfall was great, Spectre was middling (WTF do you have Batista doing a CAR CHASE with Bond? Huh?????), so I'm expecting this to be good again.

Funny, Martin Campbell is the director that has made the best modern Bond films; if the series is struggling or failing to generate any hype, why not bring him back?
 
I get one eight hour shift next week...guess this is their way of paying for my holiday time without actually giving me extra cash this year. About time I look to get out of retail. Just gonna have to worry how I’ll do both Xmas and rent but rent really has to come first.
 
Looks not bad. But i miss the Ghostbusters-Song from the 80s.
