Shenmue 3 save data issue on ps4

My ps4 save is not working on ps5 whan i am trying to load the save its showing a message that i have to install DLC and i already have the DLC installed ... What i have to do to make my save working on ps5 ?

Here is my post from what I first tried with instructions-

I tried loading saves multiples time but told I needed to install DLC before loading previous saves, so I went into PS store and redownloaded all 3 DLC. Yet it still wouldn’t work. You have to go back to title card, click options to download all the Kickstarter perks and then my save finally worked.

Hello! I have a similar issue as OP, but can't seem to fix it. Do you mean that we have to enter our Backer Code again? When I tried it, it tells me to enter the PSN code, which I already redeemed when it first came out on PS4... =/
