Shenmue I and II Bloom Day/Night Cycle

Does anyone know if there is a mod that can change the bloom setting so it only enables during the night in the Shenmue games?
In Shenmue IIx the bloom only enabled during the night, and while I appreciate D3T keeping the bloom and also putting it in Shenmue I, the bloom is enabled all the time including during the day. I'd like it so that it emulates the behaviour in SIIx where it only enables during the night. Is there anything like that available? Thanks in advance.

Something like this doesn't exist... yet.

But it's probably really easy for me to implement, I can think of a few ways to do it already. It would need a little bit of research, though. But should be fairly straightforward. I'll update this thread when I've looked, when I can.
