Shenmue II stair glitch beverly hills wharf?

just curious, as am doing full notebook console walkthrough for both and wondering,
anyone ever been able to stair glitch in II into beverly hills wharf? (before you're supposed to go there i mean)

Good question! I want to know too...BlueMue used to do videos on the map glitch that were really cool. Maybe he knows?

I map glitched out of the yellow head hideout before and Ren was walking alongside me in Kowloon.

glitches are the best.
in this run i had ryo spend money on the bus when he refuses to spend anything before he buys his boat ticket.
i wanted to see what would happen if there was actually less money available then the cost of the boat ticket.
nothing happened, it still bought the ticket but it showed -1607$ in the menu.

i also did get past the guard at beverly hills wharf but from queen's street and not fortune's pier by map glitching along the steps and wall just next to the guard, but you can't load beverly hills wharf there.
