What song are you listening to right now?

Finished Deadly Premonition again...a lot of odd and derivative tracks but mostly charming and some good pieces like this one


For some reason got me thinking of a favorite from Killer7 that I wish was longer somehow.


Also just some random song from death stranding that grew on me despite my dislike for the game

 
Just recently found out about this amazing Japanese actress and pop singer.
Really like her music a lot.
It seems that her movies might have also been an inspiration for Quentin Tarantino's Kill Bill.
Got to watch this movie; seems to be cool.:cool:
This pretty much confirms it was an inspiration for Quentin.

For the last few days my childhood nostalgia has also been kicking in and i've been listening to the soundtrack of my favourite Anime/Manga series Saint Seya from the great Seiji Yokoyama.
It is absolutly amazing 🤩😍.

Out of nowhere found an unreleased demo for a song from the guitarist that made me play guitar.
The song is kinda boring, but the solo really feels like a deja vu from my learning times.
 
On the road today trying to get away with listening to some metal. So i tryed the pop route.



Luckily the kids didnt bust my balls and enjoyed it or tolerated.

This guy was one of my influences when I got more serious about practicing advanced guitar playing. I liked the fact that he combined musicality with the technical aspect.
I always wondered by the way if your user name was linked to shredding.



@OldFarT That Skeletonwitch song was different compared to their earlier work, right? I liked the lead guitar details throughout the song.

Wasn’t expecting a song in French from this game:


The bit at the end kind of reminds me of one of the final tracks from The Last Guardian.
 
Been listening to more orientalish music, I guess, in trying to get inspiration for my own sort of successor to the Senran Kagura series. Of course I could try listening to tracks from the games themselves but I feel I might want to go a little more serious in tone.





So far I’ve got one character kind of down lol

Every time I'm tempted to response to either side on that SuperEyePatchWolf thread (or have the maturity to respond to conversations), I escape childishly by listening to this wonderful Lianne La Havas album.

I just found this band, man it really sparked me to start playing seriously again, such a fresh way of playing.
 
Been watching someone go through Bayonetta for their first time and remembered how good some of the music was.


And then that got me to thinking of some other Platinum/Clover games.



But then really I was reminded of how good I thought the ranking system was in Sonic Adventure 2 and how that has been pretty butchered by the time Forces came. Unleashed was alright with rankings but after that it went downhill unfortunately.
