who made the shenmue 2 xbox cover art?

This is Shenmue, unfortunately the new one is poor in my opinion. It's lost its identity I'm afraid. It just looks odd and separate from the previous two. You wouldn't see Star Wars change its font, or any other franchise for this argument really.....

Am I being too picky?
