Woodcutter's set for move (possible spoilers)

Not sure if this is a spoiler or not so better safe than sorry I guess.

Does anyone know how or where to get the two remaining items from the woodcutter set that go towards the move Maelstrom Strike. I have the red radio that's available at a store in the Panda Market just missing the boots and the axe.
