Any Captain Tsubasa fan here ?

We are getting a new game this year. Fortunately it's also going to be released in non japan countries.(Unlike majority of previous games that were Japan exclusive)

Tsubasa games are soccer games with RPG mechanics.
In some ways the Blitzball mini game in Final Fantasy X was inspired from Captain Tsubasa games.

Hells yeah. I really enjoyed the PS2 game, albeit being very simple and more of a rhythm/qte game play.

I'm really hyped for this on the ps4

Yeah. PS2 version was so enjoyable.

I enjoyed that a lot when I managed to tear the goal net.

From what I can understand, it will be similar to the mobile game, which I played a bit. And some talk about 4 player teams. Let's see

It looks great. In a lot of ways it feels better than that 2006 game.
-No QTEs.
-Better Camera
-Faster gameplay.
-Online mode and also 4 player vs mode
-International release rather than just being Japan exclusive.

It's good that they didn't remove the story mode.

Hope it turns out well.

It reminds me a bit of Super Sidekicks 3 on the Neo Geo.

I'm all in favour of more football games other than FIFA and PES.

I like the ones where you can play as just one player, like Liberogrande.

Favourite football game ever difficult to choose between Football Champ, World Cup '90 and Virtua Striker 2.

Still waiting for someone to make a good first-person football game.
