Forums no but I spend loads of time on Reddit.
I basically don't post anything though, I'm at a point where I'm more interested in reading other people's discussions and points of view than I am in sharing my own. I imagine it's the same for a lot of us that used to be active posters before, now we have work, family life, group chats etc. where we're constantly talking all day so when you get some down time you don't particularly feel like being on transmit.
