Backer photos in building

Does anyone know why some of the backer photos in the Save Shenmue building have a signature on them and others don't? Mine did not and wasn't sure if I missed something on the surveys, wondering if someone on here that contributed to the same tier might know.

They did ask for you top upload a picture of your signature in the survey. I forget if they either wanted it on a white background or to be transparent.

I did do that, and the signature is in the guestbook at the hotel. So not sure what happened with the photo. I guess I'll wait to see what they say, was wondering if anyone on here had maybe remembered if the form maybe requested multiple signatures or something.
