Does anyone know if its possible to get into the Dojo type building behind Blossom Direct?

I'm not sure where you mean without seeing an image but do you mean the giant doors at the bottom of the road near the stores? Or do you mean something else?

It is currently not possible, it is one of DLC stages where you rescue the dude from S2.
You can access only this room with debug.
