- Digital soundtrack
- Digital artbook
- Wallpapers
- Codes for accessing your in-game bonuses (psn code for ingame stuff like the international phone card, and a backer code you have to enter in the options to see your name coloured in the credits, or to access rewards links to your pledge like the Shenmue patron,...)

Just go to where you got the trial and it's the same, you don't need an account

You don’t need an account. You get it through your unique survey link. You can have them send it to you again if you can’t find it: https://fulfillment.fangamer.com/kindling/shenmue3/survey_support

I found the email. It was sent around 9/20 with the subject “Confirmation for ORDER SHENMUE3” for anyone else having trouble. I clicked the “Your backer survey” button.

Of course you do ! I believe those were added with the 39$ tier.
In the zip files, you have two horizontal formats and one vertical for smartphones, which is awesome !
