Extracting resources

Is it possible to extract resources from Shenmue I & II like textures and models?

I want to build some maps based on Shenmue for another game, but Id like to take textures so I will have a starting point and not build all from zero

I mean having textures at least will be very handy and Id like to take a look at models too even if I must need to model the characters by myself , take a look at them and having the poses to model in the software I need to use will be very helpful
