Xiuying or The Boss.
Both are badass, strong and principled characters. Also awesome they're female in a world, let alone industry, dominated by male characters.
Had been wishing for Kojima (before falling out with Konami) to get the fuck over Big Boss and begin a new prequel duology or trilogy of The Boss pre, during and post World War 2.

So one of mine is Andrew Ryan from BioShock. It was in a period of my life I was quite into Philosophy and I thought a lot of his lines were well written and some also resonated with me. Some of my favourite were -
