It took this long for Sega to release PSO2 to the West... I wouldn't count on it ever being available outside Japan

Sega also released (when they released the Genesis mini) in Japan only, a mini 32X and Sega CD add-on, to make it, "the mini Tower," even though they had no functionality.

This is merely a novelty and the Japanese will lap it up; there's no way Sega will not make money on this.
