I, too, was shocked to discover this recently. It's one of my favorite tracks in S3.
I sometimes blew off the S2 jukebox tracks (some seemed like cheap midis), including the boringly titled "Loop6". Little did I know...
So too, tracks like Gifts are fantastic, and the use of Authorization 747 as a Ren theme is one of the few genuinely befitting reuses of music in S3.
