How do I use Wudecon?

I was reading the post made by Lemonhaze, but I have no idea on how to use wudecon at all. I tried putting the wudecon files in the data file of sm2, but I'm not doing it right it seems. I'm very new to this, so I have no idea what to do.
 
I've read the dojo post, but I still don't know how to use it.
Sadly, I can only confirm you it works with S1 (Dreamcast) mt5 models.
My way of proceeding:
. put original data files in a new folder without spaces in desktop to avoid path errors. ie S2data
. another folder,without spaces and in desktop for output. ie S2models
. copy the cmd exe (not the shorcut) to the datafiles folder and run it with admin. privileges.
copy&paste: wudecon.exe --allv C:\Users\your-user\Desktop\S2data C:\Users\your-user\Desktop\S2models

If it's game assets you're interested in, for example models and textures etc, you'll want to run --tacfull on the disk TAD (which is an archive that stores all of the original game data as it was on DC/Xbox).

And confirmation that doesnt work with DC S2 models, just in case:
