Missing a move scroll in Shenmue 2?

I'm trying to get every move in Shenmue 1 and 2 and it seems as though I'm missing one. Ive cross referenced my list between guides and I don't think I'm missing any? Just wondering if anyone know what I'm forgetting or maybe if its even just a mistake on the remasters end.

That's right, I always forget about that one since you don't get to use it.

I wonder if you were to hack it into your inventory, is it actually functional?

I've noticed as well in Shenmue I, the move scrolls don't open once you've mastered the move, but in Shenmue II they do. Seems odd to have this in one and not the other, and would be useful to figure out which ones you've opened in Shenmue I.

You can use it in the Shenmue Collection battles.
