Mmm... tofu from China made from scratch in interesting and delicious ways!

I was never into tofu, until someone introduced me to it and even then they were not making it to my liking. But after doing some research and learning how, I can honestly say I do look forward to having it now, again when done to my liking. However I have never seen it made from scratch like this and then on how they prepare it themselves. It looks quite delicious! I bet Ryo would of tried some of this over there. ^^!
