Yes to Highway Star. I'm looking for an image of one I had seen before that looks almost exactly like it. Not sure about Nice Golf, but the basketball one is a fairly typical arcade game, although the backboard doesn't always move.
EDIT:
I don't think this was exactly the machine I was thinking of, but it's likely the inspiration for the one I was thinking of.
