Apologies if this has been posted recently, but I could not find any updates using the search function. Do we know when the physical rewards are going to ship?

Not to worry. In an update they said the following:

Rewards to Ship Post-Release
These rewards will ship after the game release date. All are in different stages of shipping prep and production, so we will have shipping updates for each when ready.

• Physical Artbook
• Shenmue III Official T-Shirt
• Capsule Toys
• Ryo's Jacket - Replica
• Ryo's Watch
• Shenmue Script Set
• Ryo Collectible Figure
• Concept Character Bust

Now people are getting their items at higher tiers as per this tweet:
If you've got questions about your specific tier it would be worth emailing the kickstarter team who can help.

My advice is hang tight, they are coming.

I'm in a higher tier as well ($1,200} and i confirm I received the physical reward that was specific for this. Only that one so far :)
