Problems equipping a jacket

[I Got Sriracha In My DNA]

Does anyone know if there's a cap to how many jackets you could wear? I just blew tokens on a 4th jacket and its not showing in the change clothes menu beyond the three I already have. I see it in Key Items, just can't equip it.
