RC Car Cut Content?

I believe there was an interview with Yu suzuki somewhere and he mentioned RC cars being in the game. I believe there were also BGM tracks in the files for RC car and RC jet boat mini-games. Either these are buried like duck racing or they're not in the base game. DLC mini-games perhaps?

DLC is talking about Battle Racing or whatever, so it may be there?
