Z was big in EU and wasn't released in NA, but have always been intrigued by it: it looks like an RTS that CAN be played on consoles

Interestingly, despite it being a European release and the Saturn mouse only being released in Japan, the game is fully compatible with it. The manual even has a whole section dedicated to mouse controls and how to set it up. I might have to pick up a Saturn mouse some time. I wonder if it works with Command and Conquer or Theme Park at all.

I don't remember much about Z, other than the characters swear and say words like crap a lot, which as a young child I thought was really edgy and cool 😂

Apparently you just control one unit at a time and it's very different to C&C. I did try it briefly the other day once the kids were in bed, but didn't get a proper go as my wife wanted to finish watching a TV programme we had been watching. The joys of adulthood 🙄

i bought 2 games second hand, which were only £1. lol (carboot / flea market)

nothing amazing, just metal gear solid V and call of duty infinite warfare (ps4).

although im a big mgs fan ive never felt the need to replay mgs5 (it took me around 85hours to complete mgs5 but my ps5 says that i spent 345hours lol), but i will give it ago in the near future and see if my views on the game have changed. i just remember being disappointed because it didnt feel like a metal gear game.

call of duty infinite warfare is a bit meh... but it turned out the game case had a unused download code for COD modern warfare remastered. so i download that lol (its £34.99 on psn  )- i played a little of the online gameplay. the gameplay is a lot slower than warzone. its very retro but its not terrible. the graphics are ok and i like how the guns are a little more "realistic".. i mean, you dont need 60 bullets to kill another player, like in warone - you only need around 6.

i also read they finally fixed star wars jedi survivor 😀. thats my next game im going to buy.

My next purchases won't be till November. Buying the upcoming Sonic game for my kid in the Switch. Then maybe something for myself if there's Black Friday deals. $70 for a game is just too much a majority of the time. There are some games worth that, but most aren't.

I decided to say F*** it and get myself something to do for October. Trading in Texas Chainsaw as it became boring for Outriders Worldslayer to co-op with a buddy. Then I preordered the Jurassic Park 30th Anniversary Collection from Limited Run Games. I don't expect to get that one till maybe as late as next April.

Been away for a month in the USA - So of course I have returned with videogames!

Wanted to focus on some releases we never got:
Kingdom Hearts Re-Chain of Memories - A GBA Remake set between KH1&2, We never got this, first chance I got to play it was on the PS3 KH HD Remix Collection.
Final Fantasy XII Collectors Edition - We never got any fancy version of FF12 on PS2. It's a nice Steelbook with a bonus DVD.
World of Final Fantasy Maxima - I did already import this but it was so cheap I couldn't say no. The Xbox One version has all the DLC on disc!
Shadow of Destiny - Essential for me!
Final Fantasy VIII - Another favourite, Mint Condition with Manual & Mini guide sample.
Chrono Cross - Another SquareSoft game we never got, I bought the recent re-release but couldn't pass up on this!
Wild Arms 2 - We got all the other games in Europe but never WA2! Still need to get WA5 but it is very expensive.

There is more stuff to post need to go to my last posts then find where to go in my pictures

Pre-ordered the physical copy. I'm really not into indie games, but stuff like Darkest Dungeon & Hollow Knight made me change my tune over the years. Haven't played the game yet, but the Junji Ito art style and design alone made it a must buy.

From just the early access stuff I’ve seen I’ve no doubt the full game is more than worth it. Unfortunately for me it’s just too scary for me to try firsthand.
Which game are you talking about? Reminds me of how I could never finish the PT and Hollowed Cocoon demos because I was too spooked. I didn't even make it to the actually scary parts, my brain just kept inventing scary scenarios until I NOPE'D out entirely. 😂

is that the alan wake remaster? i just completed it on ps5, my first time was on xbox360 when it first came out.
i thought the lighting effects in the remaster, were great.

just in case you didn't know, the alan wake remaster includes the 2 DLC chapters and they can be found in the "episodes" list - they finish off the story.
