REQUEST: Shenmue 1 and 2 mod menu

I would be really happy if someone could make a mod/debug menu for Shenmue 1/2 HD where you can change the time/money/model/story flags/etc while the game is running as well as map warping and free cam?

That would be awesome! I got inspired from the metal gear solid 5 modding communityand their tool called Infinite Heaven, so i thought why not implement something simaler but for Shenmue 1/2 for pc?
