Hello everyone!
game is full playable for me , but this problem is very annoying .
This is my "letter" for ysnet support ( the only one that appears in the page ), and the shenmue 3 official mail . deep silver and epic game store dont have any contact for report thecnical issues....
If you have any "solution" plese let me know...

I m suffering contant stuttering/ frame-drops issues in Shenmue 3 for pc.
My pc meet the recomended requirements excessively:
I have a 9900k, 32 Gb of ram and a Rtx 2080 eith the lattest Nvidia Drivers.
The game is installed in a a samsung evo SD high perfomance disk.... I dont have any idea why of this performance issues...without any reason, I have stuttering ( even in the gameplay dialogues ), constant frame-drops ( it get downs between 90 fps to 30 or less than 30 fps in some moments, ).
I play the game in 2k resolution with gsync....
please help me! or make a patch to fix it!

Searching by the web I found some recomendations to "fix" these issues, but I think this a seroius performance problem so you have to work on it:
