Shenmue I - Fontdef and Subs

It is DXT5 without the header. Use something like Texture Finder to find the correct dimensions and then you should be able to forge a header for it, then you can just open the DDS as usual.

I tried to use header that was offered on the forum in the localization thread, but it did not fit. Paint.Net did not want to open
 
DDS header, provided in translations topic, works fine in any case (even when original texture size is smaller than header parameters). Remember, that language pack contain 19 textures and 1 font definition file, which should be parsed different way, it's not an image.
