This happened completely randomly. No mods installed. Made me think that someone might be able to make a first person Shenmue mod because it controlled surprisingly well.
This isn't a glitch at all. Certain interior places like this and for example the Five Stars Corp are designed to switch your view into first person mode when you hit the run button.

Last time I went into this area, it didn't happen and I was not pressing the run button. Maybe the controls got glitched and it thought I was. Thanks for the info though.
