Awesome. Both are gonna go on MC. Added to my list above.

We now have eight reviews with four of them being some of the highest scores the game has gotten but it's not on MC yet

I'd say 71+ given theres 4 higher scores there to the 2 very low ones.
 
They added all the reviews and the result is 69

Those are the saviours/destroyers that will decide if 70 is the average or not

Stupid weighting. We'd be at 71 otherwise.

Anyway, I updated the list above. Keep the scores coming!
 
Using the 'mean', on top of weighting, is the stupidest scoring system ever. No wonder so many people I know say metacritic's scores are misleading. The median would provide a much fairer and more accurate picture.

When the reviews have slowed down, we should calculate the median score and include the unranked scores. Be our own metacritic.

UsGamer weighting must be strong on MC but Gamespot is the wild card. If it can get a 7 on gamespot then I think we're good because I expect easy allies and push square to be decent.

Yeah, definitely. I mean, once quite a few reviews are added the 'mean' isn't too bad, but the problem is when you're dealing with small numbers and I think the whole weighting system is flawed. I get the reason for it, because they don't want a large site with a high alexa rank and large community to be equal with a random blog with a handful of followers, but it just doesn't work in my opinion and it distorts the results.

For example, let's say a game had 8 reviews. Three of the reviews give the game 9/10, one gives it 8/10, one gives it 7/10, two give it 5/10 and one gives it 4/10. On the surface, you'd think it's likely to be a good game, but the mean will be 70/100 (not terrible, but kinda odd for a game with three 9s), but let's say the 4 and 5 sites have additional weighting; that brings it down even further to a 60 or 60-something.

Edit: Lol the median is currently 70. Well, okay then...

The score sucks, but I appreciate the last line even if the game wasn't his thing.

It's 69 because they didn't put the 95 of nichegamers. That's why.

It's 66 on PC now:
Gamersky 70
Screen rant 70
PC invasion 80
This 3 aren't in our list.
And then, IGN 59, making it 66.
