I missed "Practice Makes Perfect", which involves sparring with Fuku-san in the dojo, not counting the mandatory session before Ryo is given the letter written in Chinese. Luckily, it's only a few days into the game, so I'll just go back and mop it up following completion.

EDIT: According to one of the guides on TrueAchievements, the sparring session required for the Achievement can also occur the day after you are supposed to meet Jimmy, provided you lose to Chai in You Arcade. I'll give this a whirl when I get a chance.

I should have 100%'d Shenmue 1 on my first playthrough, but for some reason the Rescue Nozomi from the Mad Angels story achievement didn't pop...so I have an excuse to playthrough the game again...although I wanted to playthrough on PS4 and PC next...
