I have 91 skills now Including the brawling uppercut 2.

Boots - bailu gift from the 'I can't read bro!' kid. I believe this was after you finished the ghost side quest.
Red Radio - pail toss prize? I forget
Battle Axe - one of the martial arts shops
Breaking Wave =
Zodiac Engraving - I forget where (someone here mentioned it earlier though). I think its one of the antique shops
Magnifying Glass = Bailu prize exchange
Leather shoes - Promenade shoe store

Speed Racer (Blue) - this is that basketball mini game in the second Arcade in Naiowu
Open-Top Car - this is a capsule toy near Hotel Naiowu
Limousine - capsule toy 2 which is in Naiowu I think its just before the 2nd arcade next to 2 other capsule machines
Speed Racer (Red) - I believe its a prize in one of the Smart Ball pinball machine shops
BIG Speed Racer (Red) another prize in one of the arcades.

Yellow Duck Doll - I forget when this side quest unlocks, but its the little girl who runs the book stand; she got her yellow panda toy stolen from a boy by the promenade buddha/fruit n' veggie stands. He hid it in the abandoned alleyway near them.
Seagull - capsule toy in the pharmacy
BIG Interplanetary Bomber - I think this is a Smart Ball prize. That or a Chobu Chan fighter prize

Stonehead Haircuts phonecard - unlocked after a certain point. You find a young woman walking on New Paradise for the barber so he can test out his new hairstyle
Liu Jiao Shrine phonecard - after you meet Lin Shiling, the Menko Shrine Maiden, she got a shrine artififact stolen and you ask Ren who's hanging out at Golden Goose, what he'd do if he stole something; he says pawn it, so you go to the pawn shop with the bald old guy with white hair and he asks 200 yuan for it. Buy it then give it to Lin.
Red & Silver Satin Jacket =
Termite Mushroom Phonecard - Speak to the veggies lady at the veggies stand near the frog race stand. She will ask you to look for a mushroom which grows along the riverbanks.
Elephant Phonecard - A girl in blue on the pier where you first got off will ask you to buy 4 items for the cheapest price possible

From memory you can either buy these from the prize exchange beside the Golden Goose casino or win them in Speedball.
Thanks for the list.
One main thing I noticed is that you don't have these 2 moves:
1-Blazing Kick
and
2-Brawling Uppercut 2 (but I think you said you got this later in this thread)
But you have 2 moves I can't find:
1-Burning Sand Storm
and
2-Tigers Fury
Could you tell me where to get the latter 2?
Also, with these 2 and if I buy the 5000 Yuan move that comes to 93 skill books (I think) do you think the trophy would pop then?

Just found the zodiac engraving in Triratna Antiques (close to the arcade, and across the street from Muren Yard).
As to forklifting, go to the pier next to the visitor's building. The character model may not trigger, but the cutscene will if you run around the pier at the right time.
I think I got those skills from the Skill Exchange Using items , prizes , capsules.
where did u get blazing kick ?
Can u buy it at the kf shops ?
I looked into it and I think I got my "Blazing Kick" scroll from my Best Buy Pre-Order DLC. That move is listed as 1 of the 4 bonus items.

Possible for you to do a video of the move, as I don’t think I’ll be able to get that.
I'll get the combo for you in a few hours but I don't think I'll be able to do a video unless I can post it to Instagram or something. But what I am thinking is maybe the all skill books trophy pops @ 92 books acquired. Because there is no way "all" skill books are aquireable if there are some exclusive to certain regions like the aforementioned move.

I have the Blazing Kick myself. But the trophy didn't unlock until I got the Tiger Combo in the end.
