Triggering the missing kitten sidequest

Surprises me that it's still triggered when not feeding the kitten. I could've sworn that it doesn't trigger if you neglect the kitten.

The most I did was pet it a couple of times, but gave it no food or drink. I didn't even name it - Megumi did.

I'm just pleased I got the trophy! I've only been trying all day! Would be good if someone could get to the bottom of it, though.

I triggered the cutscene yesterday, was just coming to explain how to get it, but seems like you all got it sorted. Yeah, you have to go talk to Megomi (or whatever she is actually called), it doesn't automatically start a cutscene.

Just got it aswell, on the way to the travel agencies as expected. No leg healed cutscene before that.
