Unused Joy model. Is this real?

So over on the Shenmue United server Super Moe, a member of the Discord server, posted an unused model of Joy with completely different pants.

The thing is we don't know if this was done by a hacker or if it is actually in the game. Is this model in the files? Unrelated but if someone can get a good rip of the unused Chai model from shenmue II as well I'd love to upload that to TCRF
