What's the best way to contact Sega developers?

I'm looking to contact developers from Sega GT a game released on Dreamcast. All are Japanese and likely retired so the task is difficult.

My idea is to contact someone who currently works at Sega to ask him if he can send me their emails addresses. What email address I should contact first?

My way of proceeding wouldn't be so direct but a chain: contacting someone experienced in contacting (maybe) people at SEGA. I would aim for unseen64 or hiddenpalace.org
You said "released" though, but anyone used to trace lost games will have lesser problem to come with some info.
