Where is the boat chapter?

Before release I recall seeing a boat interior, but we never go inside of the boat in the game. Is this planned DLC or cut content?
I also recall a scene of Mr. Muscle on the great wall of China. Which is odd scene that is the last place seen in the game and not playable. Going back further than that, I remember some very old Shenmue promo which featured Ryo hanging from a train, and some stone statue opening up. I assume that was cut from Shenmue 2 or 3 since it never happens. Anyways, I'm just wondering if anyone has anymore insight on these things.

Boat interior is the boat you arrive in niaowu on you can explore it

Merry, Merry Cruise dlc, maybe? Could easily be the boat in the ending scene though.

Yeah, the boat interior is the one you arrive on. You can totally explore it, both decks.

I also remember Yu Suzuki said boat trip between cites will be payable or skippable in Shenmue III. I can't remember the source... Any help Shen-fans?
