Help with herb collecting for trophy.

Is there a easy way to collect all the herbs for the wild wild plant hoarder trophy?

I've noticed certain herbs regrow making it a nightmare to remember if I already collected it previously.

Which gets me paranoid and start to scour an area I've already searched through already.
