PS4 Pro Remaster 4k question

I can't personally speak for PC/XBox but at least on PS4 Pro it upscales and renders it beautifully

While this isn't "True 4k", we would be crazy to expect that. It looks amazing on 4k and I see no real "stretching" etc in the game when playing on a 4k display.

I don't think so, not yet at least.
But I can't confirm it for sure since I don't have the means to measure it, the ps4 pro does upscale 1080p to 2160 though. There's no shimmering so either my tv scales it perfect or the developer has done something to it.

I have the God of War Pro system. I'll be picking my copy up within an hour and will try to give some feedback on what I see in terms of how it looks.

I did not know the PS4 Pro automatically upscaled.

Has there been any confirmation/info on how the remasters will look/output in 4k? I currently have a 4k set up with my PS4 and I'm hoping this outputs properly rather than just stretching from 1080p. Playing PS3 games, even in 1080p, look pretty awful with a 4k display.

Of course I'll play regardless, just wondering as I watch that pre-load clock.
